The children at Bimbi Day Care Airport West had so much fun getting the opportunity to see a Bin Truck and talk about waste and recyclables and what happens once we disperse our rubbish. The children really enjoyed the interactive session.
Some of the comments from the children were how big the tyres are and how the bin truck was so big! The older children asked questions such as how many bins could fit in the container the answer was approximately/ roughly 150 bins. A big Thank you to Lachlan’s mum for helping us organise this for this year as apart of Earth Day to further extend on reduce, reuse and recycle with the children.
